What turns AI into a system.

Context.

The model gets what a good employee would need for the task: company data, rules, history.

Memory.

Results and corrections are stored in the database. The next run reads them instead of guessing again.

Tools.

Where a model would guess, it looks things up: in the shop, the registry, the accounting system.

Data flows.

Every value has a producer and a reader. What nobody reads does not get built.

Fixed rules.

The model writes and suggests. Fixed rules in the code decide what is urgent, what is stale and what does not go out.

Nothing fails silently.

Every scheduled run reports a failure at once. Mismatches land visibly on a review list instead of disappearing.

Order to invoice, for a food mail-order business

Task: Orders arrive through the online shop, by phone, email and fax. Each needs a packing list, a shipping label, an invoice and a confirmation.
System: One web application takes every order through to the accounting software, built for the edge cases: cancellations and credit notes as new documents instead of edited invoices, stock reserved on confirmation, with a reorder warning, addresses checked before labelling, and no customer email lost without notice.
Status: In daily operation since October 2026. Regular checks against shop, carrier and accounting report mismatches.

Sales and market monitoring for B2B companies

Task: A sales team wants to know which target companies matter right now and what is moving in its market.
System: Several modules share one data core. The customer describes the company once, every module reads it. The model writes, fixed rules decide what is urgent. Every item carries its date and source, stale items drop out, and the next run does not overwrite what the customer corrected in the portal.
Status: In production. The sales briefing arrives weekly, the market briefing monthly.

SERLES is one engineer, Daniel Scheiber, and the AI agents he works with. “We” means exactly that. Founded in Innsbruck in 2025.

Name The name comes from the mountain at the mouth of the Stubai Valley, 2,717 metres high, visible from Innsbruck and known as the “Altar of Tyrol”. The mark shows it in four layers: the model on top, the rest below.
